Church Facility Rentals
Mt. Olivet is available to rent
for both church members
and the general community.
We have the ability to accommodate bridal showers, weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, retirement and graduation parties, funeral dinners, and more!
Our Sanctuary seats around 300 people comfortably for a wedding. If you are interested in holding your wedding at our church and are not a member, we can still consider your request to use our facility. If you also need to have Pastor Michael perform your ceremony, please contact the office for more information. These requests are approved on an individual basis based on church and pastor availability.
Also available to rent is an area in our lower level that we refer to as: New Fellowship Hall. It can comfortably host around 150-200 guests. We provide tables and chairs, which are included in the rental price. This area is attached to our well-equipped Kitchen, and use of that area can also be requested for your event, if needed.
Note: This area is not air conditioned but we have fans available.
We also have a Chapel area that can be rented for intimate meetings or gatherings that seats around 20-30 people. There is a coffee pot available.
If you have need for an outside area for your event, check out our pavilion in The Grove.
There are a handful of picnic tables, along with a small playground. Feel free to have a game of cornhole or let the kids run around while the adults sit and talk.
There are bathrooms on every level of the church. We are handicap accessible with a chair lift and elevator.
Anyone that wishes to request a use of the church's facilities must complete and return
a Use-of-Church form, which can be downloaded
at the link below.
Once received, this form will be forwarded to the Consistory board. Our governing group most often meets on the second Wednesday of the month. They will consider your request and notify the office if you were approved or not.
When you fill out the form, please include all the information requested. If you are unsure of the number of guests, just use your best estimate! Please take note of the facility rules and thoroughly read the agreement before signing it.
