Locally, we have the Council of Church and Community. They run a Food Pantry that distributes food on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 2-4 pm. We noticed that cars lined up early to be first in line for the distribution. So we decided to prepare lunch for them. Each second and fourth Wednesday of the month our grill and volunteers are cooking up something wonderful. The average number of lunches prepared is around 80.
